After logging in, you can fill out your profile settings, company profile, and partnering interests, plus upload materials like executive summaries, videos, and slide decks to increase your visibility and meeting acceptance rate.
Is my information visible to all attendees?
Your profile is visible only to registered attendees inside the partnering app.
Will attendees be marked or categorized in the app?
Yes. You can filter attendees by category, such as investors, strategics, innovators, or service providers, to easily find relevant connections.
Can I schedule meetings before the event begins?
Yes. As soon as the app opens (about 60 days before the event), you can begin browsing attendees and sending meeting requests.
How can I schedule meetings?
View other attendee profiles under the "Attendees" tab and filter to your preference. Request meetings based on mutual availability or send a direct message.
How are meeting times assigned?
Meeting requests are booked based on mutual availability in your schedules. You'll receive a confirmation in the app once a time slot is secured.
How will I know if someone accepted my meeting request?
You'll receive an in-app notification and an email alert when a request is accepted, declined, or modified.
Can I block off times when I'm unavailable?
Yes. You can update your availability within the app to avoid receiving meeting requests during times you're attending sessions or unavailable.
Can I reschedule or cancel a meeting?
Yes. You can modify or cancel meetings directly in the app. If changes are last-minute, we recommend sending a message to the other attendee to coordinate.
Can multiple people from my company join the same meeting?
Yes. Meetings can include more than one team member, as long as they are registered attendees with app access.
How can I increase the chances of having my meeting requests accepted at LSI USA '26?
Set yourself up for success by completing your profile, scheduling meetings early and during the event, and adding a personal message to each request. Review the attendee list for strong fits, and use LinkedIn to share your attendance.
Where do partnering meetings take place?
All partnering meetings are held onsite at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort at designated partnering tables. Signage and event staff will be available to help direct you to your table.
How do I find my meeting table?
Your meeting table number will appear in your confirmed meeting details. Wayfinding signage and LSI staff will be available onsite to help direct you.
Besides scheduling meetings, what else can I use the partnering app for at LSI USA '26?
The partnering app helps you do much more than book meetings. You can send messages to other attendees, view profiles of investors, innovators, and strategics, check the content schedule, access the event map, and keep your profile up to date.
If I can't attend a session live, is a recording available?
Following the event, you can access all panel sessions on our website and YouTube channel at any time. You can also access all company presentations in our Compass platform.
